Feedback on searches without results

Dear Responza user,

We have added the ability to provide feedback on searches that yield no results.

If there is no relevant article available, you have the option to send a feedback message suggesting what could be included.

If the user chooses to click the button, they will have the opportunity to send a feedback message, for instance, regarding what they were looking for or what they expected to find.

These feedback messages will be available for editors in the same way as they are already familiar with from portals, news, and articles.
