Article sections are now highlighted, if they have content

In this small update, there will be an optimization on the article editing page that makes it easier to see which sections actually have content. At the same time, there is a tightening of the visual expression.

Sections that have content are now highlighted at the bottom of their section bar with the highlight color. You can thus easily see which sections have content.
